Girly Adventures

I love summer time. I wish we could go on adventures every day. Today we headed down to Auckland for the German Christmas market where I stocked up on some yummy sausages, marzipan and spekulatius. Not sure how long it will last, but it was worth the trip. 

On the way back we stopped at Sheepworld as I had recently purchased an awesomely discounted ticket on GrabOne. It was a bit like at home - kunekune, dogs and more - but on a much larger scale. We arrived just in time for the sheep & dog show which was quite an experience. Summer even got offered to have a go at shearing, but she knew there was icecream at the cafe so at that point had lost interest (and was close to losing the plot 😂)

So we grabbed some food for the animals instead and headed for a little bush walk, spotting alpaca, sheep, some very curious goats and emu, a very hungry pony, donkeys and so much more.

Finished our visit with icecream for Misses, coffee for myself and a play on the playground.
